Topham's Tiny Tots Care Center is a licensed Intermediate Care Facility for Mentally Retarded (ICF/MR) that provides residential, educational and medical care for children and young adults who have multiple disabilities.
We hope to have the facility completed by the end of this month. Cross you fingers.
