Topham's Tiny Tots Care Center is a licensed Intermediate Care Facility for Mentally Retarded (ICF/MR) that provides residential, educational and medical care for children and young adults who have multiple disabilities.
This hole is 50 feet wide , a 150 feet long, 8' 10" feet deep and it took 202-12 yard dump truck load to remove all the dirt. There is a fence surrounding the whole area for safety.
